David Mosby
David Mosby, a retired Gary Police Officer, served 37 years on the Gary Police Force. For 34 of the 37 years, I worked in the Traffic Division, two years in the Patrol division, and one year walking the Tolleston Beat on 11th Ave. between Grant St. and Taft St.
After retirement, I worked as a Bailiff in the Gary City Court. I have worked ten years for the Gary Housing Authority, and the last one year for Jolly Security Agency.
